Return policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return.

Once logged in, find your order under Order History, select the item(s) you wish to return, and click “Request Return.” You will receive return instructions and a shipping label if your return is approved.

Orders ship from our Nantucket shop via UPS or FedEx within 1–2 business days of payment.​
Economy shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days, and Standard shipping within 3–4 business days within the continental U.S.​
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only and cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.​
