SHIPPING

Shipping cost is based on location and the items in your order, and is calculated at checkout. International shipping rates are also determined at checkout.

Orders placed before 12pm typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Tracking information and status updates will be emailed once your order has been processed and shipped.


SHIPPING ISSUES

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check around your property, lobby, or mailroom
  • Check with neighbors in case it was accepted on your behalf

We recommend waiting 1–2 business days for possible redelivery.

If your package is still missing after this time, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and email info@birdie-nld.com so we can assist with the investigation.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Window

We accept returns for store credit or exchange for most items within 7 days of purchase. For online orders, the return window is 7 days from the day the customer receives the return label. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging and tags, as well as accompanied by a receipt.


EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union or EEA, including Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, eligible online purchases may be withdrawn within 14 days of delivery, unless an exemption applies.

Refunds for eligible EU/EEA withdrawal requests will be processed to the original payment method. Certain products may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.


How to Start a Return (Self-Serve Returns)

We offer a simple self-serve return process through our website:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Go to your order history
  3. Select the order you wish to return
  4. Click “Request Return” next to the eligible item(s)
  5. Follow the prompts to submit your return request

Once approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

  • No restocking fees apply

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, you may still contact us at info@birdie-nld.com with your order number and requested item.


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email or text once processed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items must be returned in saleable condition with original tags and packaging
