Matin Malikzada is a seven generation Afghan master potter internationally recognized for exquisite craftsmanship and signature turquoise glaze.

Forced to flee Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover, he continues his work in Connecticut.

Previously, Matin led the Ceramic Department at the Turquoise Mountain Institute, founded by King Charles III, he exhibited globally, including at the Smithsonian Institution, Buckingham Palace, and the World Economic Forum.
