Large Dog Bowls

These beautiful hand crafted and hand painted bowls are created by Cape Town ceramicist Gemma Orkin. These sweet bowls are beautiful decorative pieces but are ideal for desserts, cereals and snacks.

Gemma's work is inspired by the colors and magic of South African nature. She includes love, family, birds and flowers in her work.  Each piece of her stoneware is fired, hand crafted and painted by Gemma herself.  She builds her ceramic pieces up in coil. No molds or wheels are used in the process.
